RIDEYELLOW donates $20,000 to local cancer charities.

RIDEYELLOW10 is in the books! Committee and community members celebrated with an After Party and presented checks to local cancer charities at Bay Minette City Hall. RIDEYELLOW donated $18,000 to Camp Rap-A-Hope, $1,000 to Kindred at Home Hospice's Camp I Believe and $1,000 to Covenant Care's Butterfly Bag Program! RIDEYELLOW is an Infirmary Health charity bike ride held annually on the Saturday before Father's Day. The ride begins at Halliday Park in Bay Minette, Alabama, with a 6-mile tribute ride. Individuals can choose to participate in only the tribute ride or continue by pedaling the 10, 20 (new for 2016), 37 or 62 mile route at their leisure. Rest stops are available along the way and food, beverages and vendor booths are available when riders return to the park.

RIDEYELLOW was founded in 2007 by Ann White-Spunner and Mary Trufant to raise awareness of cancer and to draft grassroots support for their mission of inspiring and empowering people affected by cancer.
